  • 6 1/2 oz chorizo (Mexican sausage)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 small hot pepper (jalapeno)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dash hot sauce (your choice)
  • 1/2 fresh cactus (optional)

    remove chorizo from casing, chop and fry.

    add all other ingredients including eggs.

    continue to mix with spatula so the eggs don't fry.
