Kahlua Cream Cheese Ball

  • 1 1/2 c. Ghirardelli sweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c. Kahlua
  • 2 c. pecans, finely chopped
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Directions

    Dissolve chocolate in Kahlua.

    Add to cream cheese.

    Mix on low speed just until mixed; do not overbeat.

    Mixture will turn soupy if overmixed.

    Stir in 1 cup nuts by hand and blend.

    Chill 4 hours.

    Shape into 1 large or 2 small balls; chill overnight. Before serving, roll ball in 1 cup of nuts.

    Serve with assorted cookies (butter cookies, chocolate wafers, etc.).
