Chorizo Breakfast Bowl

- 100 grams Chorizo
- 2 Eggs
- 300 grams Baked Beans
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Chives
Directions

1Dice chorizo into small chunks. Gently saute in a small saucepan for a couple of minutes.

2Bring a pan of water to the boil then reduce to a simmer. Crack in each egg and poach for 3-6 minutes, depending on how runny you like your yolk.

3Heat the beans in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.

4Split beans between bowls. Top with poached eggs, chorizo and sprinkle over the chives.
