- 2 eggs
- 5/8 cup milk
- 1 3/8 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- salt to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Remove the casing from the chorizo and crumble.

3In a bowl, beat the margarine and eggs until pale.

4Add the milk and crumbled chorizo meat, stir to combine.

5Add the flour and baking soda, mix well.

6Pour the dough into greased and floured muffin pans.
