  • 3/4 lb. Mexican chorizo
  • 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 pkg. (1 lb. 14 oz.) ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
  • 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Zesty Blends Chipotle Sour Cream
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Crumble chorizo into large skillet; cook on medium heat 12 min.

    or until done, stirring frequently.

    Drain; return to skillet.

    Add onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.

    Stir in hash browns and sour cream.

    Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
