- 225 g puff pastry, defrosted
- 115 g/ 4oz chorizo sausage
- 1 egg
Directions

1preheat oven to 230C.

2Slice chorizo 5mm ( 1/4 inch thick).

3Roll out the pastry on a floured surface 3mm ( 1/8 inch ) thick.

4Stamp out rounds so that they are slightly larger than the chorizo.

5Enclose a chorizo slice between 2 pastry rounds brushed with egg, then seal with the edges with a fork .

6Chill until ready to bake.

7Arrange on baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake 7 minutes until puffed and golden.
