- 3 qt. lima beans (can use frozen)
- 1 qt. kidney beans
- 1 qt. bird egg beans
- 2 qt. peppers (salt down; let stand a while)
- salt
- 1 qt. cooked corn
- 2 qt. pickles (salt down)
Directions

1Cook all of the ingredients, adding salt to cook.

2You can add cauliflower if you like but steam it a little.

3Makes 16 quarts. You can double if you like.
