- 2-1/2 cups Bread, Cubed, Divided
- 1 cup Milk
- 8 slices Crisp Bacon
- 8 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 pounds Swiss Or Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
Directions

1Soak 2 cups of bread in milk. Fry and crumble bacon.

2Scramble eggs lightly in butter. Add soaked bread cubes and scramble lightly again. Add desired seasonings.

3Put in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle seasoned salt on top. Place cheese atop mixture.

4Saute remaining 1/2 cup unsoaked bread cubes with butter until brown. Sprinkle crumbs and bacon over cheeses.

5Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes or, if prepared a day ahead, bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
