  • 2 heads cabbage
  • 6 green tomatoes
  • 6 half-ripe tomatoes
  • 6 onions
  • 8 pods sweet pepper (4 green and 4 red)
  • 3 hot peppers
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. vinegar

Directions

    Chop cabbage, peppers, onions and tomatoes.

    Salt and let stand 3 hours, then press or drain.

    Cook in sugar and vinegar for 20 minutes.

    Pack in jars and seal.
