- 6 half-ripe tomatoes
- 6 onions
- 8 pods sweet pepper (4 green and 4 red)
- 3 hot peppers
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 qt. vinegar
Directions

1Chop cabbage, peppers, onions and tomatoes.

2Salt and let stand 3 hours, then press or drain.

3Cook in sugar and vinegar for 20 minutes.
