- 4 c. chopped onions
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 10 green tomatoes
- 15 hot red peppers
- 10 sweet green peppers
- 4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. salt
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Use a food processor to grind vegetables.

2Sprinkle with salt. Let stand overnight.

3Rinse and drain vegetables the next morning.

4Put vegetables, sugar and spices in a big pot and bring to a boil.

5Simmer for 3 minutes.

6Seal in hot, clean jars.
