- 3 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1/2 c. ground mustard
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
Directions

1Cover chopped ingredients with 10% brine for 12 to 24 hours. Drain; heat spices to boiling point.
