- 2 to 3 rabbits
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 3 tsp. rosemary, crushed
- 2 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 c. white wine
Directions

1In small roasting pan, layer bottom with parsley, sage, rosemary, salt, pepper and onion.

2Rub rabbit in vegetable oil. Lay on top of seasonings.

3Repeat seasonings and onion on top of rabbit.

4Cover and bake at 300° for 2 hours.

5Add 1 cup white wine cover and cook for another hour.
