- 12 tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 onions
- 1/2 c. hot peppers (1 c. if you desire very hot)
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Put tomatoes in pan of boiling water, then take out immediately.

2Put tomatoes in a pan of cold water.

3Peelings come off easily.

4Discard peelings.

5Cut tomatoes in large chunks.

6Mix sugar, vinegar, chopped onions, chopped peppers and salt.

7Blend well. Mix with tomatoes in large pan.

8Cook on stove top for 2 1/2 hours over medium heat.
