- 1 c. diced red pepper

- 4 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mixed pickling spices
Directions
