  • 2 large onions
  • 5 green tomatoes
  • 6 green peppers
  • 2 c. green beans
  • 2 c. cauliflower
  • 2 c. fresh corn kernels
  • 1/4 c. pickling salt
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Grind onions, tomatoes and green peppers.

    In a large bowl combine ground vegetables, beans, cauliflower and corn.

    Sprinkle pickling salt.

    Let stand overnight.

    Rinse and drain.
