  • 4 c. grated cucumbers
  • 4 c. grated bell pepper
  • 4 c. grated green tomatoes
  • 4 c. grated onion
  • 2 c. hot banana peppers
  • 2 c. hot pepper
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 6 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. celery
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
