  • 1 quart cucumber, diced
  • 1 quart string bean
  • 1 quart lima beans
  • 1 quart corn
  • 1 pint celery
  • 1 pint green pepper
  • 1 pint red pepper
  • 1 cup small onion
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 cups sugar or 2 cups Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 quart vinegar

Directions

    chop veg to desired size and cook separately cook until tender (NOT SOFT). drain and mix them all together.

    mix sugar,mustard an vinegar bring to a boil.

    add mixed veg to hot liquid and bring back to the boiling point.

    put into hot sterilized jars and seal will keep in the fridge for 6 months or process in a hot water bath to can.
