- 12 medium onions, chopped (4 c.)
- 10 green tomatoes, chopped (4 c.)
- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped (4 c.)
- 12 green peppers and 6 red sweet peppers, chopped (4 c.)
- 4 hot peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. salt
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 4 c. cider vinegar
Directions

1Chop all vegetables.

2Sprinkle salt over vegetables and let stand overnight.

3Rinse and drain.

4Combine remaining ingredients; add chopped vegetables.

5Boil for 5 minutes.

6Put into sterilized jars and seal.
