  • 2 c. green beans
  • 1 1/2 c. yellow beans
  • 1 c. lima beans
  • 1 1/2 c. kidney beans
  • 1 1/2 c. carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 1/2 c. cauliflower
  • 1 c. corn
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric

Directions

    Chop and steam all vegetables until just tender.

    Boil last 5 ingredients for 5 minutes.

    Add hot vegetables to hot juice and let stand about 12 hours.

    Makes about 3 quarts.
