- 1 1/2 c. yellow beans
- 1 c. lima beans
- 1 1/2 c. kidney beans
- 1 1/2 c. carrots
- 1 1/2 c. celery
- 1 1/2 c. cauliflower
- 1 c. corn
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
Directions

1Chop and steam all vegetables until just tender.

2Boil last 5 ingredients for 5 minutes.

3Add hot vegetables to hot juice and let stand about 12 hours.

4Makes about 3 quarts.
