  • 4 lb. onions
  • 4 lb. cabbage
  • 24 green tomatoes
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 5 c. vinegar
  • 12 sweet peppers
  • 4 hot peppers
  • 4 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 box pickle spices, tied in cloth

Directions

    Grind peppers, onions, cabbage and tomatoes.

    Add salt and let stand 2 or 3 hours.

    Pour off juice.
