- 1 qt. small white onions
- 1 qt. small cucumbers
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 3 green peppers
- 3 red peppers
- 4 medium green tomatoes
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 5 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Peel onions and cucumbers.

2If cucumbers are large, remove the seeds.

3Slice tomatoes thin.

4Chop onions, cucumbers and peppers small.

5Cut cauliflower into small pieces.

6Soak vegetables overnight in brine made of 1 cup salt to 1 quart water. Stir and mix well.

7Next day, drain well.
