- 12 onions, chopped
- 12 bell peppers
- 5 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 3 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. spices
- 2 qt. vinegar
Directions

1Mix all vegetables with 1/2 cup salt.

2Let stand overnight. Drain.

3Put spices into a bag.

4Add to vegetables all other ingredients.

5Simmer for 25 minutes.

6Pack into jars and seal.
