- 4 c. onions, chopped
- 1 medium cabbage
- 12 green tomatoes
- 6 green peppers
- 6 red peppers
- 1/2 c. salt
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1-1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 3 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Chop vegetables (coarse).

2Sprinkle with salt.

3Let stand over night.

4Drain and rinse.

5Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetable mixture.

6Heat to boil.

7Simmer 3 minutes. Fill hot sterilized jars and seal.
