   Melt the butter, peanut butter and chocolate morsels in the microwave for 2 minutes or until melted.

   Pour the cereal into a large bowl.

   Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal.

   Put the chocolate covered cereal in a large paper bag and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Close the paper bag and shake until contents are covered with the sugar.
