- 14 1/2 ounces chicken broth
- 1 cup broccoli, frozen cut
- 1 cup mushrooms fresh, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 13 1/2 ounces evaporated milk skim
- 8 ounces corn drained
- 1 tablespoon pimentos chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1In a small saucepan bring broth and broccoli to boil.

2Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

3Do not drain.

4Set aside.

5In a large saucepan cook mushrooms and onions in margarine until tender.

6Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.

7Add milk all at once.

8Cook and stir until bubbly.

9Cook and stir 1 minute more.

10Stir in broccoli with broth, corn, and pimiento, heat through.
