- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp, shelled
- 1/2 lb. pork, sliced
- 2 pkg. (12 oz. each) Chow Fun noodles, cut into strips
- 1/2 stalk celery, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced and slivered
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 pkg. bean sprouts
- 1/4 tsp. ajinomoto
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. shoyu
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Stir fry shrimp and pork in hot oil for 2 minutes.

2Add seasonings and stir fry an additional minute.

3Add noodles and vegetables and cook another 2 minutes.

4Do not overcook vegetables.

5Arrange the noodles on platter, if desired, and garnish with additional sesame and chinese parsley.
