- 4 c. onions, chopped
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 2 cans bean sprouts, drained
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cook celery, onions and sprouts in broth until tender.

3Mix soy sauce, cornstarch and water together.
