- 1 lb. ground lean fresh pork
- 2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. mushroom liquid
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts or mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drain and reserve liquid
Directions

1Preheat skillet, uncovered, at 325°.

2Add ground pork, celery and onions, stir gently and fry until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove excess grease.

3Add salt, brown sugar, pepper and reserved mushroom liquid.

4Stir to combine.

5Cover with vent closed, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
