- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. celery
- 1 1/2 c. onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet or wok.

2Add meat, celery, onion, pepper and chicken broth.

3Cover and cook until tender.

4Add can Chinese vegetables and mushrooms.

5Mix cornstarch and soy sauce together.

6Add to rest of the ingredients.

7Serve on Chinese noodles or rice.
