- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 2 large onions
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 c. water
- 2 cans chow mein vegetables (do not drain)
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Brown hamburger and pork sausage.

2Add onions, celery and water to meat and simmer until soft.

3Add chow mein vegetables, mushrooms and soy sauce to meat mixture and bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch and water.
