- 2 lb. stew meat
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 large can chow mein noodles
- 3 to 4 sticks celery, cut thin on bias
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 cans mixed chow mein vegetables
- rice
Directions

1Brown meat in oil, remove and cook celery and onions until just tender, remove.

2Return meat back to pot and add beef broth; cook until tender.

3Blend cornstarch, 1/4 cup broth and soy sauce.

4Stir into meat and heat until thick.

5Drop chow mein noodles over plate of rice and add chow mein.
