- 2 c. onions
- 1 can bamboo shoots, drained
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. soup stock (I use canned chicken broth)
