Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. mushrooms
  • 3 c. celery
  • 1 lb. pork, beef, shrimp or chicken
  • 2 c. onions
  • 1 can bamboo shoots, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 c. soup stock (I use canned chicken broth)

Directions

    Mix ingredients and add to first mixture.

    Heat thoroughly, stirring slowly.
