- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup diet bacon
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 quart boiling water
- 4 cups potatoes, cubed
Directions

1Cook bacon and remove from skillet.

2Use grease to cook onion and celery until tender.

3Add potatoes and cook 15 minutes.

4Add shrimp or clams.

5Mix flour and milk.

6Add to mixture.

7Cook until potatoes are done and serve with crackers.
