  • 2 cups cooked shrimp or clams
  • 1 cup celery,chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diet bacon
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 quart boiling water
  • 4 cups potatoes, cubed

    Cook bacon and remove from skillet.

    Use grease to cook onion and celery until tender.

    Add potatoes and cook 15 minutes.

    Add shrimp or clams.

    Mix flour and milk.

    Cook until potatoes are done and serve with crackers.
