- 2 large bell peppers
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can each pinto, kidney and chili beans
- 1 pkg. chili seasoning
- 1 large onion
- 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
Directions

1Chop peppers and boil until tender.

2While boiling peppers, brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain.

3Mix together in large pot the peppers, beef, beans, tomato juice and chili seasoning.

4Cook for approximately 30 minutes.

5Good served with sweet pickles, olives and Cheddar cheese.
