- 8 slices toast
- 1 c. crumbled Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. crumbled, cooked sausage
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- butter
Directions

1Butter toast heavily on both sides and cut into pieces.

2In a 9 x 9-inch glass pan (greased), put toast pieces first, then cheese and then sausage.

3Mix eggs and milk and pour over top.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 300° for 45 minutes, covered, and 15 minutes, uncovered.
