  • 8 slices toast
  • 1 c. crumbled Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. crumbled, cooked sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • butter

Directions

    Butter toast heavily on both sides and cut into pieces.

    In a 9 x 9-inch glass pan (greased), put toast pieces first, then cheese and then sausage.

    Mix eggs and milk and pour over top.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 300° for 45 minutes, covered, and 15 minutes, uncovered.
