Ingredients

  • 2 cooked beetroot
  • 1 little pesto sauce
  • 4 slices turkey breast
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 capers
  • 1 few chive leaves

Directions

    If your beetroot is raw then cook in a big pan with lots of water for a couple of hours.

    Drain and let them cool

    Get the ingredients together

    Peel the beetroot
  5. 5
    Slice the round bit off each side so that all the canapes will have a flat base.

    Cut each beet into four reasonably thick slices.

    Spread some pesto over each slice
  8. 8
    Place a slice of turkey breast on top
  9. 9
    Slice the tomatoes and put a slice on top.

    Use a caper for the finishing touch

    Sprinkle with chopped chives and ready to go!
