- 2 cooked beetroot
- 1 little pesto sauce
- 4 slices turkey breast
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 8 capers
- 1 few chive leaves
Directions

1If your beetroot is raw then cook in a big pan with lots of water for a couple of hours.

2Drain and let them cool

3Get the ingredients together

4Peel the beetroot

5Slice the round bit off each side so that all the canapes will have a flat base.

6Cut each beet into four reasonably thick slices.

7Spread some pesto over each slice

8Place a slice of turkey breast on top

9Slice the tomatoes and put a slice on top.

10Use a caper for the finishing touch

11Sprinkle with chopped chives and ready to go!
