  • 1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 generous c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices white bread with crust, cubed
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

    Butter 9 x 13-inch casserole pan and line with cubed bread. Beat eggs with milk and mustard.

    Layer bread with sausage, cheese and egg mixture.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
