- 1 (10 lb.) goose
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. onion
Directions

1Saute onion in oleo; soak bread in water and drain moisture. Add onion, bread, spices and sausage.

2Stuff goose.

3Place on roasting pan with 3 inches of water and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Drain water and baste for 2 hours.
