  • 1 (10 lb.) goose
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1/2 c. onion

Directions

    Saute onion in oleo; soak bread in water and drain moisture. Add onion, bread, spices and sausage.

    Stuff goose.

    Place on roasting pan with 3 inches of water and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Drain water and baste for 2 hours.
