Ingredients

  • 5 c. Cheerios
  • 5 c. Corn Chex
  • 2 c. peanuts
  • 10 oz. pretzels
  • 1 pkg. red & green M & M's
  • 2 pkg. white chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients together in a large pan. I use a disposable turkey roaster pan. Melt white chocolate in microwave on medium high for 2-3 minutes. Stir after 1 minute. If chocolate has softened after 2 minutes, add 3 tablespoons oil. Stir. Then microwave 10-20 seconds until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over mix, cover well. Pour onto kitchen counter. Spread well, not too thick. Mixture will probably harden in 20-30 minutes.
