  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (46 oz.) jar pineapple-grapefruit juice
  • 3 1/2 qt. water
  • 2 (10 oz.) bottles ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 (12 oz.) frozen lemonade and orange juice, thawed and undiluted
