Ingredients

  • 1 qt. fresh cranberries
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Grind cranberries and oranges.

    Simmer fruit with water and sugar until sugar is dissolved.

    Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.

    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into a mold on 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate to congeal.

    Yields 20 servings.
