- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. red wine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- vegetables: potatoes, onion, carrots, etc.
Directions

1Shake flour in bag, add sauce, wine, water, bouillon, salt and pepper in bag.

2Add roast, mushrooms and vegetables.

3Turn several times to coat.

5Make 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top.

6Bake at 325° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
