Chuck Wagon Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 3/4 c. ripe olives
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Beat egg lightly; combine with crumbs, milk and salt.

2Add beef and mix well.

3Shape into balls and brown in hot shortening. While meat browns, cut olives into large pieces.

4Put browned meatballs into baking dish.

5Heat undiluted soup with vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and olives.

6Pour over meatballs and cover.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Makes 4 servings.
