- 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Flatten chicken breast halves between two sheets of wax paper to 1/8-inch thickness.

2Coat chicken with flour and lightly brown in a skillet, using 4 tablespoons butter.

3Pam coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place chicken into it, slightly overlapping each piece.

4While browning chicken, saute mushrooms in the remaining butter.

5Sprinkle mushrooms evenly over chicken.

6With drippings left over from browning chicken, add broth and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7Pour sauce evenly over chicken and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

8Sprinkle the Mozzarella and then the Parmesan cheeses over chicken and bake additional 5 minutes.
