  • 1 Big CAULIFLOWER ( cut into flowerlets )
  • 4 tablespoons Chickpeas Powder or Basen Powdwer
  • 2 Teaspoons Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mango powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Rice Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 1/2 Cups Oil for Frying
