  • 1 3/4 lb. lean beef, cut in small cubes
  • 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 2 c. tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Brown meat in large skillet sprayed with vegetable pan spray.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix.

    Place in a 2-quart casserole.
