  • 3 qt. boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. grated American cheese
  • 2 canned pimientos, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, halved
  • 2 c. cubed American cheese
