- 14 wheat crackers
- 1/4 tsp. ground sage
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 to 4 whole chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Put whole crackers, sage and paprika in a plastic bag; close bag and crush crackers.

2In a small bowl, dip chicken pieces into milk.

3Put chicken pieces in bag with crumbs; close bag and shake to coat chicken.

4Place chicken on baking sheet and bake at 450° for 6 to 8 minutes or microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.

5Serve hot with ketchup or barbecue sauce.
