  • 14 wheat crackers
  • 1/4 tsp. ground sage
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 2 to 4 whole chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Put whole crackers, sage and paprika in a plastic bag; close bag and crush crackers.

    In a small bowl, dip chicken pieces into milk.

    Put chicken pieces in bag with crumbs; close bag and shake to coat chicken.

    Place chicken on baking sheet and bake at 450° for 6 to 8 minutes or microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Serve hot with ketchup or barbecue sauce.
