Chunky Chocolate Slice

  • 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed and softened
  • 250g butter, cubed and softened
  • 1 1/4 cups caster sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 250g NABISCO* Chips Ahoy! Cookies, broken into large pieces
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup glace cherries, roughly chopped
  • extra cocoa for dusting

Directions

    Beat together the Philly*, butter, sugar and cocoa until smooth.

    Fold through the biscuit pieces, marshmallows and cherries.

    Spoon into a lined 20 x 20cm tin.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.

    Remove from the tin and cut into squares.

    Dust with extra cocoa.
