Ingredients

  • 125g butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT* Super Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 cup rice flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried figs
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Directions

    Beat the butter, peanut butter and sugar until pale and creamy, add the egg until well combined.

    Fold through the flour, rice flakes, figs and bi-carb soda.

    Spoon tablespoon measures onto a lined oven tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.

    Allow to cool slightly, remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

    Tip: Other dried fruits can be used in place of the figs, i.e.

    sultanas and dried apricots.
