- 125g butter, softened
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Super Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 1 cup rice flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped dried figs
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
Directions

1Beat the butter, peanut butter and sugar until pale and creamy, add the egg until well combined.

2Fold through the flour, rice flakes, figs and bi-carb soda.

3Spoon tablespoon measures onto a lined oven tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.

4Allow to cool slightly, remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

5Tip: Other dried fruits can be used in place of the figs, i.e.
-
6sultanas and dried apricots.
